Ayurveda trust all person is made of five basic elements found in the universe: space, air, fire, water, and earth. The word shirodhara creates from two Sanskrit words, shiro (head) and dhara (flow). It is a form of treatment in which warm, herbalized Ayurvedic oil is poured onto your forehead.
